Our Refund And Returns Policy

1. No Returns After Delivery Completion
Customers may check the product on the spot when the delivery agent arrives. If the item is incorrect or damaged, return it immediately to the delivery agent. Once the delivery agent leaves, we do not accept returns or refunds.

2. Eligibility During Delivery
Accepted on-spot reasons:

  • Wrong product

  • Wrong size or color

  • Visible damage

3. Non-Eligible
No returns after the delivery agent leaves. No returns for change of mind.

4. Refund Timing
If returned on the spot, refunds follow the payment channel’s processing time.

5. Exchange
No exchanges after delivery completion.
